Andrese Klaasi AS employs 40 people full-time, 25 of whom are directly involved in production. The management of the company comprises the chairman of the board, the sales manager and the quality manager.

Our objective is to reduce personnel turnover, and motivate our employees to work more effectively. We are convinced that good results can only be achieved with highly qualified personnel, and therefore we make significant contributions to educating our staff by developing a comprehensive training system.

We conduct annual evaluations of the development of each employee, in the process identifying each person’s training needs for the next period. In order to help new people settle in we have devised a special training programme for newcomers, which provides people with the necessary tools to get started.
